what a tiring exercise eating has come to be. what i’m capable of consuming without any negative repercussions has been narrowed down to fruit, fresh vegetables, tea without milk or much sugar, pasta (but no cheese, unless it’s wholly vegan), soy milk, saltless saltine crackers. Oh and meat, disgustingly enough if it’s cooked right…ugh.
